Anthropologie Accordion Strands Necklace

I was browsing the internet looking for inspiration to make something special, when I saw an amazing tutorial on Yellowblackbird. I just had to try it! 

I didn't want to completely copy her necklace so decided to use 2 different colored ribbons. Each ribbon is about 5 meters long. I also used a silver colored chain instead of gold.
